In order to obtain either a service or repair on a Casio or Q&Q product, please fill in the form below. Please share as much information as possible so we can assist you better.

Products Under Warranty: For products under warranty, we will either fix your watch or replace it.

If after reviewing your form we decide that we need to take a closer look at the defective product, will will share our mailing address with you so that the the product can be couriered to us.

Due to the possibility of damages during shipping, it is recommended when sending the product that you package it securely and send it via an insured postal service, in order to track your item.

We can usually repair most products within 7-10 working days*, subject to the availability of parts and the condition of the product.

If you are making a warranty claim, you will need to provide a COPY of a receipt or alternative physical proof of purchase indicating an authorized retailer.
