Who are we?

Our company, World of Watches, also referred to as WOW Nigeria is a subsidiary of Citysa Import Export Nigeria Ltd. We are the official distributors for Casio and Q&Q Watches in Nigeria. We have over 70 points of sale across the country, comprising of: online stores, department stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets, stationary stores and kiosks in major shopping malls.

Will I get Genuine Casio Products from www.wownigeria.ng?

Yes. All our watches (Online & Offline) are 100% original. All products come with a 1-year warranty and original packaging. We understand that there is an increase in the availability of fake watches in the market and distinguishing originals from fakes may be a challenge. Are all products on 'wownigeria.ng' new and unused?

Yes, all products on ‘wownigeria.ng’ are 100% new and have never been used before.

Do we offer Warranty on our products?

How competitive is our pricing?

As the official distributors for Casio and Q&Q in Nigeria, we offer the best prices in the country. We like to maintain a uniform pricing with all our partners, so our pricing is the same across the country.

What added value do I get from shopping on 'wownigeria.ng' as opposed to shopping offline or on any other website?

Great question! Whist we have a great range in our offline stores, ‘wownigeria.ng’ offers exclusive watch models which can only be purchased on our website.

How do I search for a product on 'wownigeria.ng'?

There are various ways of finding a product on ‘wownigeria.ng’. You can:

  • Browse by Collection.
  • Browse by Gender / Collection / Watch Type / Strap Material / Battery Type. This is available on the menu bar.
  • Search Specific Watch Models using the Search engine on the menu bar.
  • Customized Filter on products page.

How do I place my order?

Shopping on ‘wownigeria.ng’ is easy! Once you’ve selected your product, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click ‘ADD TO CART’ to add the product to your cart
  2. Click ‘CHECK OUT’
  3. Enter your coupon code if applicable.
  4. Fill in your Billing details
  5. Check and confirm your order and total are okay.
  6. Select your Payment Method. (Check Box)
  7. Click on ‘PLACE ORDER’.
  8. Click on ‘PAY NOW’ to proceed to the payment portal. If using your card, input the card details to complete your order.
  9. Click on ‘PAY’ to confirm your purchase.
  10. Order Confirmation will be sent to your email. Invoice can be downloaded and printed on this page too.

Once your order is placed, we will notify you via email. Please note that your order invoice number is the tracking number. Please refer to point No. 12 on how to track your order.

 

 

I want to place a bulk / corporate order or need some specific products. Who do I contact?

Can I order without creating an account?

Yes, you can place an order on www.wownigeria.ng as a guest. However creating an account makes sure that you are updated with the latest promotions / offers / order related changes and also saves you from inputting your shipping details every time you order.

 

 

 

My payment confirmation states that the payment has been made to Citysa Import Export Nigeria Limited. Is this correct?

Yes, you have nothing to worry about. ‘wownigeria.ng’ is created and run by our parent company Citysa Import Export Nigeria Limited. Therefore all payments and transactions are made through that company. Worry Not! Your order will be processed and delivered to you.

How to use the WOW Promo Code?

Once you are on the checkout page, click on ‘PROMO CODE’ area and you would get an input field to enter a valid Promo code.

Once the Promo Code has been entered, kindly proceed to clicking on the ‘APPLY COUPON’ button. Your promo code, if valid, will be applied to your order total.

If I pay online. Is my card secure?

Yes, your card is 100% secure. We have partnered with Paystack for all payments and transactions.

Paystack is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level possible in the global card payments industry. You can trust that your card is secure.

They’re licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria as a Payment System Service Provider and are listed on the Visa and Mastercard partner databases.

Who is the preferred courier partner and how much time it takes to deliver my orders?

DHL is our preferred courier partner and generally it will take between:

  • 2-3 working days for orders within Lagos.
  • 3-5 working days for orders outside Lagos.

Can I pay on delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not accept this method of payment at this time. All purchases made on this platform are prepaid.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes. This method of payment is available on our platform. We would have to confirm the bank transfer before we process your order.

How do I track my order?

Step 1 : You will receive an order confirmation by Email on the registered email address.

Step 2 : As soon as the order is shipped you will receive an SMS on your registered number confirming when the package will be delivered.

You can also log into your account on www.wownigeria.ng and view the shipping details and track the details from the logistics website.

We have partnered with DHL for all our deliveries. Please click here to track your order through their website. Note: Use your invoice number as your tracking number.

Can someone receive the order on my behalf?

Yes! Please ensure your representative has the tracking number and a signed copy of your ID.

What is our return policy?

Our returns policy last 7 days. For your return to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item/s in question must be:

  1. Returned within 7 days of delivery, and;
  2. Not worn or damaged in any way, and;
  3. Returned with its original packaging including the watch box, tags and manuals that aren’t damaged in any way, and;
  4. Not altered in any way, including not being subjected to resizing, link removals and/or engravings, and;
  5. Returned with an invoice, receipt or proof of purchase.

What is our exchange policy?

Orders once delivered cannot be exchanged. In case there is a manufacturing defect, then the product can be replaced. In case of a manufacturing defect, please contact the WOW Team immediately via our After Sales Service page or via our Contact Us page. Our service staff will guide you on the next steps with reference to the replacement of the product.

What if products ordered by me are out of stock?

All products shown on www.wownigeria.ng are products in stock. In a exceptional case where the product ordered by you is out of stock, the same will be communicated to you within 72 hours and a refund will be processed immediately in case you wish to cancel the order.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

We don’t accept changes in the order once they are placed. However If changes are communicated within 24 hours, we might be able to make the change before the order has been shipped out.

I did not purchase my watch on your site. Can I still get it repaired?

Yes! As official dealers for both Casio and Q&Q watches in Nigeria, we also handle after sales service for customers who may have purchased their Casio or Q&Q watches elsewhere. Please send us an email to customer.support@citysa.com.ng or call us on 09082332648. You can also report your problem by filling up our After Sales Service Form here. One of our team members will request for some details of the watch and the problem. If need be, we may ask you to courier the watch to our head office for a better understanding and evaluation of the problem.

Once the problem has been diagnosed, we would revert back with a price quote for the repair costs. We will only go ahead and repair the watch once the quote has been agreed on and paid in full by you. Tentative timeline for repairs is 5-7 working days. This may take longer depending on the gravity of the problem.

Can I buy a watch offline? Do you have physical stores in Nigeria?

Yes, we do! We have partnered with major retailers across Nigeria. Ranging from Supermarkets such as Spar, Hubmart, Oasis Supermarket, Prince Ebeano and Grand Square to department stores such as Game, Next Cash N Carry, Office Everything and Mega Plaza.
